After much research and looking at about 20 houses over the last few weeks... We put an offer on this house on Saturday!!!
Hopefully we will hear something soon!

We gave them until 8:00 tonight to respond to our offer and they countered back with very minor changes and then only gave us a short time (6 hours) to respond. They still have to initial a change on the counter and then we have the inspection to schedule... So it's not final but we are moving in the right direction!
