House Update...

So... the inspection went well and things were progressing nicely - we had actually been cleared to close on November 30th - and then we hit a little road block yesterday. Turns out that because the seller hadn't owned the property for 6 months when we signed and finalized the purchase agreement we have to have a second "third-party" appraisal done on the property. We don't totally understand everything, but hope to hear something soon so we can finalize our moving plans! Please keep praying and we'll post updates.
